Hebrew: בואו נשיר לארץ יפה (Let's Sing to a Beautiful Land). Circle dance by Chaim Shiryon, 1987. (The Aussie database lists a partner dance by the same choreographer in the same year; possibly a typo?)

As a challenge, an amusing variant of this dance is danced in a (very) few venues, e.g. Boston: The dance is danced either one beat ahead of the music, or one beat behind. (Dancing a beat ahead is considered more difficult.)

In the best case, a line of three people dance on three different beats: the leader a beat ahead, the middle dancer as choreographed, and the last dancer a beat behind. In this case, the claps resound successively and very pleasantly, especially the double claps. The final pose similarly works out nicely.
