Hora Eclipse is an occasional dance camp held in conjuction with a total eclipse of the Sun. It was conceived and created by Larry Denenberg.
Camp directors: Larry Denenberg and Karen Kaplan.
Hora Eclipse 1
Hora Eclipse 1 took place August 18–21, 2017 at YMCA Trout Lodge and Camp Lakewood outside Potosi, MO. On the last day of camp, Monday, the group together observed a total eclipse of the sun (number 22 of Saros 145). The sky surrounding the sun was completely clear for most of the partial and all of the total phases of the eclipse.

Hora Eclipse 1.5V
Hora Eclipse 1.5V was an online event where Zoom dancing and discussions were combined with observation of the total solar eclipse of December 14, 2020. Totality was visible in a band across South America; Zoom rooms displayed the eclipse in real time.

Hora Eclipse 2
Hora Eclipse 2 took place from Friday April 5 to Monday April 8, 2024, at URJ Greene Family Camp in Bruceville-Eddy Texas, half an hour southwest of Waco. It was held in conjuction with Kochavim 2024; the combined camp was referred to as HEK. In addition, the National Folk Organization held its Annual Conference at the same venue, and many events were shared between the camps.

Hora Eclipse 3 is scheduled for July, 2028, in conjunction with the total solar eclipse of July 22. The venue will be somewhere close to Sydney, Australia.
